We are excited to announce the completion of final publications for two impactful Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs)that addressed crucial housing challenges: San Francisco Housing Bond TAP (December 2024): https://lnkd.in/g3sNgEQ5 This panel provided strategic insights on the Workforce Housing and Affordable Middle-Income legislation, which seeks to expand housing opportunities for households earning up to 120% of the Area Median Income in San Francisco. The TAP assessed the feasibility and challenges of implementing this vital legislation. Mountain View Middle Income TAP (January 2025): https://lnkd.in/gFCCweJJ Focused on exploring the potential for moderate-income for-sale housing on a 1.4-acre, City-owned parcel in the North Bayshore neighborhood. The TAP provided recommendations on housing opportunities and examined a broader strategy for middle-income housing in the region. Join us for the Mountain View TAP Webinar on May 30, 2025! Registration will open in mid-April, so stay tuned for more details. TAPs are a key part of ULI’s commitment to providing strategic, multidisciplinary advice on complex land use and real estate challenges for municipalities, public agencies, and non-profit organizations. #ULI #ULISF #TAP #technicalassistancepanel #housing
