Susteon Inc., a pioneer in next-generation decarbonization technologies, recently celebrated the opening of their new facility at Southport Innovation Center in Morrisville. Zach Miller and Boss Poe of Trinity Partners expertly guided Susteon in securing their space at 215 Southport Drive at Southport Innovation Center in Morrisville, NC, working with Doug Cook of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the landlord. Following the lease, Ryan Peterman and his Project Management team ensured a seamless build-out, delivering a customized space featuring office, lab, and production areas to support Susteon's innovative work.
