  • CapitaLand Investment’s Chief Sustainability & Sustainable Investments Officer Vinamra Srivastava has been appointed board member of the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) Board. “According to the World Green Building Council, buildings globally contribute about 40% of energy and process-related carbon dioxide emissions. Collaborative action is needed to push boundaries for greater sustainability action.   • CapitaLand India Trust (#CLINT) has commenced construction on its #Chennai #datacentre. Located in the heart of Ambattur’s industrial and IT corridor, it is one of four data centres CLINT is developing across #India to capitalise on the growing trends in digitalisation and AI. Its data centres in Mumbai and Hyderabad will be operational by 2Q 2025, while its Bangalore data centre is underway.
