The objective of the Forum is to explore and spread trends, relevant service transformation topics, and service best practices that can help manufacturers to take faster and smarter decisions. By organizing events, conducting service research studies and maintaining the service industry standards, the Service Business Forum provides its members the opportunity to bring their service businesses to the next level.
