💡My most-used Zapier flow of all time + my new favourite one for LinkedIn Ads! I’ve been using Zapier for around 5 years— from scrappy startup to acquired agency and now scaling it all up. Zapier has been the glue holding my growth and automation together. 👀What’s my most used Zapier flow of all time? Tracking every single sales call automatically. 1. Trigger: New call booked via Calendly 2. Filter: Only allow calls with “demo” in the name 3. Action: Pull all info from the call booking into a Google sheet tab 4. Bonus: Auto-update dashboards + send Slack alerts to the team I’ve had my call booking info pooling into Google Sheets for 5 years now….and the data and insights from seeing it this way have been massive. This means I have an all-time archive of every call booker with me dating back 5 years AND contact info, what service they were looking at, who they talked to on our team, and how they answered “ where did you hear about us” which is a wealth of insights. I’ve also created custom dashboards in sheets where the info pools automatically into different tabs with Zapier flows that bring in info + data from all sorts of sources that then get rolled into one master real-time dashboard. 4. Then I have this trigger a Slack notification to our team as well. 🔥But what’s my new favorite Zapier flow? Zapier has rolled out an integration with LinkedIn Ads Conversion API (CAPI). This is pretty massive for anyone leveraging LinkedIn Ads because it’s an automated two-way flow of conversion data from any source back into LinkedIn It can even show offline conversion events and feed that back into the campaign manager. Why does this matter? With zero dev work, you can connect LinkedIn Ads to HubSpot, Calendly, Google Sheets, Slack, and more—automating conversion tracking seamlessly. Top takeaways from my first #CanvaCreate experience: ❤️ Customers love Canva. Their brand affinity is strong and the excitement and joy felt from attendees was palpable. ✅ Canva products are all about making complex things simple and that resonates with their audience. 🗣️They listen to their customers and incorporated feedback into their keynote via product updates in a really clever and humorous way. (Cue: brand affinity). ⭐️ A star-studded speaker lineup left attendees feeling energized and inspired and was woven into to the program in a natural way. My favorite takeaways from Cynthia Erivo: 🙏🏻 The people you surround yourself with will be the battery you need so choose wisely. 💡Don’t be so hard on yourself. Mistakes are lessons in disguise. Kudos to the entire Canva team for a very successful and impressive event. 👏
