    What's the actual ROI of AI? And please stop telling me about all the "efficiencies" it creates. That's not ROI. AI can help us create and send highly personalized emails at scale but are response rates improving?     I found 6 quality leads by seeing who follows my company on LinkedIn. (93% of salespeople miss this big clue) When big decision-makers follow your company, They're showing interest, but sometimes we never capitalize on it. Here's my play for finding these leads: 1. Find the circle of influence In Sales Navigator, find the people who can say yes: ↳ Look for Director, VP, and C-level titles ↳ These people are your influencers in the deal ↳ Skip the junior titles who can't decide This helps you focus on real opportunities. 2. Check who follows you Find people who follow your company: ↳ Look under "Buyer Intent" filters ↳ Click "Follows Your Company" ↳ Check this weekly (takes 2 minutes) When leaders are following your company, It's a great indicator to reach out. 3. Shoot your Shot     Like Caitlin Clark we are going to pull up from the logo with this one. When you see a decision maker following your company: ↳ "Hey Lisa - saw you're following [Company]. What content sparked your interest?" ↳ Keep it simple and friendly ↳ Listen to what they say This works because you're talking to people who already know your company. They care about your work so we want to engage with them.
