Meet Hyo Jung Kim & Joo Yie Ae as they share their impactful work at the Purme Center. 💬 Hyo Jung Kim (OT) focuses on daily activities using approaches like CO-OP and caregiver coaching. OTs also play a key role in feeding and swallowing support, and behavior management for children with neurological and developmental conditions. 💬 Joo Yie Ae (SLT) provides therapy for children with cerebral palsy, behavioral disorders, genetic syndromes, traumatic brain injury, and speech delays. A Mother’s Story in #InternationalVoices: Ji-ae and Yuno. Ji-ae, a well-known traditional Korean musician, shares her emotional journey of acceptance after her daughter Yuno, now 4, was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and hemiparesis following an unexplained loss of consciousness as an infant.
