Understanding 24-hour movement behaviours, physical activity, and sedentary time is essential for children's health and development. The 24-hour Activity Checklist for CP, originally developed in the Netherlands, has now been translated and culturally adapted for use in Brazil and Portugal! 🔍 Why is this important? This tool enhances communication between families and healthcare professionals, supporting tailored interventions for healthier movement behaviours in children with CP.
