It's the 5 year anniversary of the release of Danielle Potter and Nicole Szalay's book Lean Six Sigma Guide for Improving Healthcare. They wrote the book to make Lean Six Sigma tools relatable to leaders and staff in healthcare. It's been wonderful to see the Value Institute Learning Center students and others enjoy the book and use it to support their improvement work! If you haven't checked out the book yet - we'd encourage you to do so, and to share with colleagues that may be interested.
