Susanne Leitgeb - Office Manager at STAT-UP
Susanne was born in Munich and has an impressive professional journey behind her. After graduating, she started as a paralegal and gained valuable experience in numerous industries. Her exceptional organizational skills and broad knowledge in areas such as office management, fleet management, purchasing, executive assistance and finance immediately won us over. She joined our team at the end of last year - and we couldn't be happier!
🛵 In her free time, Susanne loves to get out and about on her red Vespa. She is also active in sports - be it swimming or going for a walk. And when she's not in Munich, she loves discovering new countries and cultures.
💼 What does your day-to-day work look like?
As Office Manager, Susanne ensures that everything runs smoothly in the office - with a particular focus on security management and resource management. She not only holds the organizational strings in her hand but is also responsible for budget planning and supports the management. She is also responsible for document/receipt management and preparatory accounting in the finance department, and takes care of implementing new tools to make individual processes even more efficient.
