Risco USA teams up with Texas Tech.

Last week Risco USA teamed up with Justin Johnston and his team from Texas Tech meat lab to provide a sausage training school that covered everything from general cuts of meat to advanced operating procedures. Some of the guest speakers were Steve Flemming from Birko, Michelle Tittor from Syracuse Sausage and Dr Brooks from Texas Tech.

Also covered in the 3 days were ground beef burger forming and sausage pattie forming as shown in photo. This was the first time Risco had taken one of its schools to the state of Texas and look forward to working on other educational programs with Texas Tech.
