How long have you been in the distribution industry? I have been in the distribution industry for 6 years.

What is your favorite part of your field of work? My favorite part of my field of work is being able to move trailers.

What are you passionate about? I am passionate about giving my best regardless of the situation that I am in.

What career development has led to your current position? I think my work ethic is something that has contributed to me being in my current position.

What does Hispanic Heritage month mean to you? To me, Hispanic Heritage means showing that I am proud of my background and where I come from.

How has your heritage contributed to who you are today? Being Puerto Rican has made me a person with strong will, family oriented, and a truthful and honest man.

What are some traditions in your family that are important to you? I think the most important family tradition is celebrating our accomplishments, no matter how small they may be.

What is something you wish others knew about your culture? Puerto Rican culture is a mix of Spanish and African influences. We have a strong attachment to respect, and zest for life, despite any challenges we may face.

Who has inspired you professionally? My sister has inspired me professionally, because of her character and her own work ethic.

Favorite quote or mantra: A mantra that I live by is trying my best at everything I do. Not because it is my responsibility, but because it reflects on me as a person.
