"As we celebrate the World Day for Persons with Disabilities, let us embrace the theme of amplifying leadership into inclusion. Leadership is not just about holding positions of power; it’s about inspiring change and fostering environments where everyone feels valued and included. This year, I encourage each of us to step into our roles as leaders in our communities, advocating for the rights and recognition of individuals with disabilities. By amplifying diverse voices and perspectives, we can create a more inclusive society that not only acknowledges the challenges faced by people with disabilities but also celebrates their achievements and potential. Together, we can break down barriers, promote accessibility, and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute. Let’s work towards a future where inclusion is a fundamental principle, and where every individual is empowered to shine." Let's seleburet.

🌟 International Day of Persons with Disabilities 🌟 This year’s theme, “Amplifying the Leadership of Persons with Disabilities for an Inclusive and Sustainable Future,” highlights the vital role of leadership from people with disabilities in driving progress and building a more equitable world. At Masterclass Training, we focus on being adaptable and accessible. We customise our sessions, offer extra support, and make sure our training materials suit different needs, so everyone can succeed. Within the workplace, research shows that a lack of workplace support can significantly impact the mental health of persons with disabilities, highlighting the importance of equipping people managers with the tools and resources to support their teams effectively, so everyone has the opportunity to thrive. ⭐ Today, we reflect on how inclusivity can be strengthened, acknowledging that many disabilities are invisible and require thoughtful understanding and support. Together, let’s amplify the voices of persons with disabilities, break down barriers, and champion inclusion—today and every day. 💜
