Last Friday at our Rosignano site, we discussed the importance of #innovation and #sustainability with the Italian Minister for the Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto Fratin. The Minister was welcomed by Georges Madessis, INEOS Inovvyn Country Manager for Italy, and Nicola Tei, Rosignano Site Manger, who gave a tour of our ECU and CLM plants. Gilberto Pichetto Fratin said 'The world is changing very quickly and we need to respond to numerous challenges, including #climatechange and #zeroemissions agenda.'   Georges Madessis added: 'INEOS Inovyn is bringing solutions to the market and supporting the development of infrastructures, #renewable sources of energy and helping build a #hydrogen economy during the #energytransition. We remain an important production and technology player in Italy, and across Europe. We look forward to working with the government to help develop and strengthen the future role of hydrogen.'

During the European Hydrogen Week 2024 in Brussels, the Médio Tejo region signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Clean Hydrogen Partnership This milestone marks a significant step in advancing collaboration for a sustainable future in the hydrogen sector.
