Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. 5. Analyzing social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, followers’ growth, and conversions, to track performance and adjust strategy accordingly. 6. Preparing the monthly reports of social media platforms. 7. Planning and executing social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships, contests, and giveaways. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes. I know my LinkedIn activity often seems to spike around hiring, and then I tend to go quiet.🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ Truthfully, I’m more comfortable in smaller groups and behind the scenes rather than in the spotlight. I don’t see myself as a marketing expert, but as someone who believes in the potential of people.✨ If you’ve seen some of our agency’s campaigns gaining recognition, it’s because of the dedication of those behind them. These campaigns are brought to life not just by ideas, but by the growth and hard work of talented individuals. And that’s where I like to spend my time—supporting people as they find their strengths and guiding them to reach their full potential. For example, in the picture below is Dattaraj Dandawate (on the left), who joined us as an office admin. Over time, his interest in copywriting emerged. He initially juggled his office role with writing, but with the right mentorship from his former senior, Pranav Apte he’s now a full-time copywriter. He’s currently working on his first independent campaign, the upcoming “Vidhan Sabha Voter Awareness” project with Maharashtra’s largest media publication. It wasn’t an easy journey, but the right guidance made it possible.🤝 These are the stories that inspire me to keep nurturing talent and creating opportunities for growth, whether team members stay with us or take their skills elsewhere.
