You have no control over the algorithm, sometimes it messes you up even after you've studied it. Don’t beat yourself up over vanity metrics Think out of the box and spend more time thinking about content delivery than content idea Every content idea is currently being reshuffled but how you deliver yours is what makes it stand out Be creative! Social Trends I've Noticed Over the Past Few Months As A Social Media Recruiter (YES- It's my job!!)--do not shoot the messenger, these are observations: 🏆 Competition is very high for Senior/Director Level roles. Companies are being very particular with who they are hiring and tend to have a very rigid scorecard. 🎞 Content Creation is VERY, very in demand. You do not need to be the face of the brand but you need to know how to jump on a TikTok and Reels trends fast 🌱 More junior roles popping up! The "Managers" are actually going to start Managing. More executional and in the weeds roles are cropping up. Looking for extra hungry individuals with proven experience in social though. ❓ No one is really discussing or debating if TikTok is going away. The skills that someone has for TikTok are transferrable across platforms anyways sooo I would still be working on those TikTok accounts! ✍ Good copywriters! Content is great but people are honing in on captions, stories, X -- copy forward assets.
