But that was just the beginning – I also joined forces with my teammates for a marketing storm, venturing into new territory. Customer Recovery: Continued Connections I dove deeper into customer recovery, building on the relationships I established during my first week. Customers shared their concerns, and I listened attentively, offering personalized solutions. The trust we built together was palpable, and I celebrated each successful resolution. Marketing Storm: New Frontiers I joined my teammates for a marketing storm, an exhilarating experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone. We engaged with prospects, showcasing our innovative solutions and building excitement around our brand. The energy was electric, and I thrived on the fast-paced, dynamic environment. Interacting with Prospects: Valuable Insights Interacting with prospects was a highlight of my week. I gained valuable insights into their needs and pain points, refining my approach to better serve them. Our conversations sparked new ideas, and I saw firsthand the impact of our marketing efforts. Teamwork and Camaraderie Throughout the week, I was reminded of the power of teamwork and camaraderie. My colleagues supported me every step of the way, offering guidance and encouragement. Unity, Reflection, and Keeping Your Finger ‘On the Pulse’ Yesterday’s #EGLEscape was all about coming together under our #WeAreProudToBeEGL principle: We are United. It was a fantastic day of reflecting on lessons learned, having honest conversations, and setting our sights on 2025. The day wasn’t without its laughs. Case in point: the energizer “Got Your Finger (On the Pulse).” As an age-old change practitioner, I’ll admit pulse surveys aren’t exactly groundbreaking—but they’ve stuck around for a reason. Regular check-ins help us figure out where we’re smashing it, where we’re stumbling, and how to adjust course. The energizer, expertly facilitated by Katie Baker, was a lighthearted metaphor for exactly that—and a chance for me to unapologetically claim victory over Ricky Saez and Nicky Ryan (though I’m sure their version of events involves some questionable finger physics). But the real value of this activity came in what followed: a deep dive into our pulse survey results.
