Thank you for giving the white-space in daily life, to become comfortable or tight according to situations. The extra margins you always provided, helped taking a break and change context. You made me understand, to detach either the raw emotions or a component, it's necessary sometime. Your suggestions always helped to move forward in right direction to add more value in life, same as auto-layout. In my opinion, what is defined as professionalism is often exaggerated because everyone has their personal interpretation based on their interactions with individuals, situations, or things. This is the first point I can mention from my meeting with Jonas Bröms. I expected a series of common and typical questions and answers, but the conversation was so good and professional that it required a different definition. Jonas Bröms conducted a thoroughly professional and comprehensive review of my product. He not only provided significant guidance in hard skills but also offered important insights for my career and professional path, some of which I can highlight: A part of the user persona we consider is within the overall definition of User persona, while this definition should be formed in two aspects: Buyer persona and User persona, and a specific strategy should be considered for each. Using small things in the technical field, like HTML5 and a basic familiarity with them, can give you good hints about the progress of the product. And a thousand and one other small and large points that require a series of posts to cover. Finally, thank you for the time, energy, and kindness you extended, Jonas. 2024: A Year of Experiences, Learnings and Gratitude. As we step into 2025, I had taken a moment to look back 2024, a year filled with challenges, valuable lessons, and personal growth. One of my strongest takeaways this year was the power of resilience. There were moments when setbacks looked unavoidable, but embracing change and staying adaptable helped me overcome challenges and grab the experiences and learning for my next steps. Another key lesson was the power of collaboration. I experienced how much more we can achieve and learn when we unite, share insights, and uplift one another. The first step is often to open up, discuss, ask for help, share your experiences, embrace the differences. These lessons have been equally relevant in personal life, especially  when raising a teen in this ever evolving technology time. Rather its new lesson each day :) As we just moved into 2025, looking forward to apply these lessons: staying resilient, collaborating, reaching my small goals and continuing to evolve both personally and professionally. Throughout our journey, we encounter many people—some good, some challenging. However, each person teaches us something valuable, and it's our perspective that defines the experience. Anmol bhaiya, you are one of the best person I've ever met. Your unwavering support, even when you were busy, has been invaluable to me. I’ve learned so much from you. To me, you are more than just a senior; you are a mentor and a friend. I fondly recall those nights when I was stuck and feeling helpless, saying, "Bhaiya, I can't do this." You were always there to guide me through, patiently explaining everything in detail. There are two kinds of people in this world: those who create problems and those who help solve them. You are undeniably the latter. I also cherish the times we spent brainstorming unique ideas for events. Every successful event has a strong team behind it, and you were always at the heart of ours. It is practically very challenging to calculate this ratio for all of them. Is there a solution to this problem? 🤔 Yes, there is! I'd like to introduce you to an application called "Screener", which fully automates this process. By adding a formula in Screener, you can automatically calculate any ratio for any company. For the PEPS ratio, you can use the following formula in Screener: (Current Price - Book Value) / EPS This will enable you to easily calculate the PEPS ratio for any company. I would like to say thank you to everyone at SANY AMERICA who has played a vital role in building and sustaining our Attachment Project at the ECDC. Being chosen to work on this project by a colleague has truly shown me what a mentor really is. When he talked, I listened and paid close attention and vice versa. He knows engineering and systems and I know how to manage people and implement processes. Our talent isn’t what made this project so successful, it was our respect and trust amongst one another for what we knew individually that made this project flourish. One thing, there was a slight language barrier and a few cultural differences. We identified this early on to be the key building block to our future success. Not understanding each other and knowing it made the job fun. We talked about family, music, travel, work, but the best life lesson was being introduced to the stoic philosophy. Stoic is a person who can endure pain or hardship without showing their feelings or complaining. If you want to be happy, have zero expectations. Don’t try to change others. Change how u deal with them. Most importantly if it makes sense, DO IT!!
