Yes, this isn’t your standard Linkedin post, but if this could help someone else take the right step towards better living, then mission accomplished! I did it. I achieved the goal I had set for myself: 10% body fat by 50. I’ve always been an active, athletic person, but with age came new restraints, and my body made sure to inform me of my new limitations. It was disheartening to say the least… no more 10Ks, no more rigorous exercise, it was over. Or so I thought. Through my research into wellness and longevity, I stumbled upon the wonderful Harjit Bahia and her company LONGEVITY, who helped me recapture the vitality that I mistakenly thought I’d lost. By focusing on multiple pillars of longevity, including nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and community, I was able to get back in the driver’s seat. This isn’t a bragging post, nor is it an ad per se. It’s a thank you letter to the brilliant team at LONGEVITY and Harjit Bahia, the latter whom I will be working with on my next venture: ZOI. Our objective? To establish a data-driven, informed, monitored and measured approach to health, leveraging the latest technology, and empowering people to become the CEOs of their own health. We’re excited to bring this to all of you!

I would like to say thank you to everyone at SANY AMERICA who has played a vital role in building and sustaining our Attachment Project at the ECDC. Being chosen to work on this project by a colleague has truly shown me what a mentor really is. When he talked, I listened and paid close attention and vice versa. He knows engineering and systems and I know how to manage people and implement processes. Our talent isn’t what made this project so successful, it was our respect and trust amongst one another for what we knew individually that made this project flourish. One thing, there was a slight language barrier and a few cultural differences. We identified this early on to be the key building block to our future success. Not understanding each other and knowing it made the job fun. We talked about family, music, travel, work, but the best life lesson was being introduced to the stoic philosophy. Stoic is a person who can endure pain or hardship without showing their feelings or complaining. If you want to be happy, have zero expectations. Don’t try to change others. Change how u deal with them. Most importantly if it makes sense, DO IT!!

2024: A Year of Experiences, Learnings and Gratitude. As we step into 2025, I had taken a moment to look back 2024, a year filled with challenges, valuable lessons, and personal growth. One of my strongest takeaways this year was the power of resilience. There were moments when setbacks looked unavoidable, but embracing change and staying adaptable helped me overcome challenges and grab the experiences and learning for my next steps. Another key lesson was the power of collaboration. I experienced how much more we can achieve and learn when we unite, share insights, and uplift one another. The first step is often to open up, discuss, ask for help, share your experiences, embrace the differences. These lessons have been equally relevant in personal life, especially  when raising a teen in this ever evolving technology time. Rather its new lesson each day :) As we just moved into 2025, looking forward to apply these lessons: staying resilient, collaborating, reaching my small goals and continuing to evolve both personally and professionally. A heartful thank you to everyone who has supported me directly or indirectly in 2024. Wishing you all a prosperous and fulfilling 2025. New Year, time to write a new chapter…
