As we all strive to improve, it’s important to remind ourselves why we’re doing it. It’s not sustainable or healthy to lose weight because we want to look better than Trish. We have to run our own race. Real confidence doesn’t come from fitting into a certain size, lifting a certain weight, or looking more like some random Internet celebrity. Your body is the only one you have, so get used to it, and love it for what it can do. No matter where you are in your journey. Being fit or strong or having a six-pack doesn’t make you a better person.
