Want to know the best way to gain some soft skills? Active engagement 🎯 - Volunteer: Involve yourself in initiatives that encourage you to take up responsibility and help enhance skills like teamwork, communication, and leadership. - Embrace challenges: Challenge yourself to step outside of your comfort zone and engage in activities or projects that push you to learn something new. - Observe others: Observe people who excel in the soft skills you want to develop, and learn from their behavior and communication style. Continuous reflection can help you master soft skills🧩 Personally, since the time I’ve joined AIESEC, I have gained numerous invaluable soft skills and learned so many new things🙇🏻♀️ Just take that first step towards learning soft skills and see your personal and professional growth! PS :- That’s me hosting an event for about 70-80 people for AIESEC in Mumbai🩷 #AIESEConLinkedin

🌟 Celebrating Collaboration, Culture, and Creativity 🌟 What an incredible experience serving as the Master of Ceremonies (MOC) for the Freshers' Party alongside an amazing #team! 🎤✨ Being part of the Cultural Committee allowed us to dive deep into the essence of #teamwork, creativity, and seamless execution. The freshers’ event wasn’t just about introducing new students to campus life, but also a reflection of collaborative #leadership in action. Key insights from the experience: 1. Team Management 👫: Coordinating with various teams, from performers to logistics, taught me how crucial clear #communication and mutual respect are. A well-functioning team is the backbone of any #successful event. 2. Cultural Diversity 🌍: The event highlighted the importance of inclusivity. A culturally rich #committee means a wider range of ideas, perspectives, and ₹creativity, leading to a more vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. 3. Execution Under Pressure ⏳: With every event comes a set of unforeseen challenges, but it's how the #team responds that determines the outcome. Flexibility and quick #decisionmaking ensured everything flowed smoothly. This journey has reaffirmed my belief that great events are the result of thoughtful planning, open communication, and a shared vision. Proud to have been part of this team and looking forward to many more such enriching experiences! 🙌 #TeamManagement #EventLeadership #CulturalCommittee #MOC #Leadership #Collaboration #FreshersParty #college #collegelife #students #studentslife #event #eventmanagement #workplace

Standing out in a crowd isn’t about being better than others, but about embracing your unique qualities and experiences. Here’s how I’ve cultivated a distinct personality that others can learn from: 1. Resilience through Adversity: Having lost my father at the age of 8, I was raised by a strong mother who taught me the value of perseverance. This upbringing instilled in me the strength to face challenges head-on, without giving in to societal pressures. My resilience has become a defining feature of who I am, making me more determined and empathetic in my approach to life and work. 2. Early Responsibility: I began earning money at the age of 11, tutoring to support my family’s and my education. This early sense of responsibility shaped my mindset to be independent, resourceful, and mature beyond my years. I learned the value of hard work and balance, which has made me someone others can depend on. 3. Passion and Dedication: Despite working as a teacher for over 7 years, my passion for Human Resource Management remained strong. I never gave up on my dream, and now that I am pursuing my PGDM in HR, I bring the same level of commitment to every task I take on. My ability to stay focused on long-term goals makes me stand out as someone who doesn’t just dream, but acts. 4. Continuous Learning: Learning doesn’t stop at the classroom for me. Whether it was representing Shoppers Stop at an Industry Institute Interface meet or completing my internship, I sought opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. I believe in always evolving, a trait that helps me adapt in a fast-changing world. 5. Empathy and Leadership: My personal experiences have shaped me into an empathetic individual. I can relate to struggles, and this empathy makes me a better leader. In HR, it’s essential to connect with people, understand their challenges, and guide them toward growth. My leadership style is based on understanding and supporting others, making me approachable and trustworthy. By embracing these qualities, I’ve created a personality that is distinct yet relatable. My journey isn’t just mine—it’s a testament to what perseverance, passion, and empathy can achieve. I aim to inspire others to embrace their own uniqueness and grow into their best selves. #Motivated #HRM #Iiebm #Growth #Learning #Passion

🌟 The Power of Recognition in Retention 🌟 When I first studied retention strategies, I learned that recognition was a key element in retaining employees. But honestly, I wasn’t fully convinced—how could something as intangible as recognition make people leave their jobs? 🤔 That perspective changed when I found myself in situations where I chose to leave organizations because I didn’t feel recognized. Reflecting on my career journey, I realized a pattern: whether it was a student activity, internship, or even a charity organization, the absence of recognition often drove my decision to move on. 🔄 This personal experience has deepened my understanding of just how critical recognition is—not just for retention, but for creating a positive and motivating work culture. 💼✨ It’s not about grand gestures; it’s about showing people that their efforts are seen and valued. ❤️ To my fellow HR professionals, I encourage you to reflect on the role recognition plays in your organizations. A simple "thank you" 🙏 or acknowledgment can go a long way in retaining talent and fostering loyalty. 💖 This reflection is now shaping my approach at Enactus MSA, where I’m excited to implement a recognition program for our members. 🎉 Because everyone deserves to feel valued for their contributions. 🤗 Let’s share experiences and insights on how recognition has helped you make decisions! 💬 #Recognition #RetentionStrategy #HR #EmployeeEngagement #EnactusMSA

Here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: 2024: The year HR transformed from textbooks to real-world impact 🌱 This year taught me that Human Resource Management isn't just about managing people—it's about understanding their potential, nurturing their growth, and creating meaningful workplace experiences. My journey through 2024 was about bridging academic knowledge with practical insights. From completing my BBA in Human Resource Management to starting my MBA, and transitioning from classroom theories to field research at nSearch Limited, every experience reshaped my understanding of HR. Key Milestones That Shaped My Perspective: • Internship at Kenpark Bangladesh Apparel Pvt. Ltd.: Where I learned that employee engagement isn't a strategy, it's a commitment. Each interaction taught me that behind every performance metric is a human story waiting to be understood. • Field Research at nSearch Limited: Discovered that effective HR goes beyond paperwork—it's about creating connections, understanding context, and driving meaningful change in medical service research. • Skills Canvas Talent Management Squad: Being recognized as "Champion of The Journey" wasn't just an achievement, but a reminder that leadership is about serving others. As I shared earlier, "A leader inspires, motivates, cooperates to develop people." (https://lnkd.in/gJBVDjQh) Three Posts That Captured My 2024 HR Journey: 1. "Joining Skills Canvas HR Team" - A milestone that showed community matters more than individual achievements (https://lnkd.in/gj6QtA2j) 2. "Champion of The Journey" - Proving that recognition comes from genuine contribution (https://lnkd.in/g3CnY2p2) 3. "The Difference Between a Boss and a Leader" - Reflecting on what truly drives organizational success (https://lnkd.in/gJBVDjQh) Looking ahead to 2025: My mission is to develop HR strategies that aren't just innovative, but deeply human. I want to bridge academic theories with practical solutions that respect individual potential and organizational goals. ধন্যবাদ to my mentors at Kenpark Bangladesh, the Skills Canvas community, and the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Chittagong. Your guidance has been my compass. What's your biggest learning from 2024? I'd love to hear your story. 👥 #LinkedInRewind #2024Wrapped #HRJourney -- Get your 2024 LinkedIn Rewind!
