🌟 Celebrating Collaboration, Culture, and Creativity 🌟 What an incredible experience serving as the Master of Ceremonies (MOC) for the Freshers' Party alongside an amazing #team! 🎤✨ Being part of the Cultural Committee allowed us to dive deep into the essence of #teamwork, creativity, and seamless execution. The freshers’ event wasn’t just about introducing new students to campus life, but also a reflection of collaborative #leadership in action. Key insights from the experience: 1. Team Management 👫: Coordinating with various teams, from performers to logistics, taught me how crucial clear #communication and mutual respect are. A well-functioning team is the backbone of any #successful event. 2. Cultural Diversity 🌍: The event highlighted the importance of inclusivity. A culturally rich #committee means a wider range of ideas, perspectives, and ₹creativity, leading to a more vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. 3. Execution Under Pressure ⏳: With every event comes a set of unforeseen challenges, but it's how the #team responds that determines the outcome. Flexibility and quick #decisionmaking ensured everything flowed smoothly. This journey has reaffirmed my belief that great events are the result of thoughtful planning, open communication, and a shared vision. Proud to have been part of this team and looking forward to many more such enriching experiences! 🙌 #TeamManagement #EventLeadership #CulturalCommittee #MOC #Leadership #Collaboration #FreshersParty #college #collegelife #students #studentslife #event #eventmanagement #workplace

Imagine a guy having stage fear, 0 or maybe negative communication skills, articulating my thoughts - pathetic!! Turn it around to an year stepping into PGDM journey leading the events of a b-school, engaging with & supporting my dear companions, organising several events in an year, networking, socialising, professional mingling, relationship building and what not! This PGDM journey has been an exhilarating rollercoaster of learning, growth, and self-discovery. It's a crucible that tests your mettle, expands your horizons, and equips you with the tools to navigate the complex world of management. #Challenges Let's be honest, the program hasn't been without its challenges. Balancing academics with extracurricular activities, internships, and personal life was a tightrope walk. The steep learning curve in subjects like finance, marketing, and operations was daunting at times. Group projects often tested our interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate under pressure. #Learnings However, these challenges have been instrumental in my growth. I've learned the importance of time management, prioritization, and effective delegation. I've honed my analytical and problem-solving skills through case studies and projects. The ability to think critically and strategically has become second nature. Most importantly, I've developed a strong foundation in business fundamentals. #Achievements Despite the hurdles, I'm proud of the achievements I've made. Securing an internship at Marktech by Godrej & Boyce was a major milestone. Volunteering in Marketing & HR Conclave and leading Buzi-Buzz -Intercollege Management Fest & organising Diwali Event broadened my perspective and enhanced my networking skills. I've also been actively involved in Entrepreneurship Club, contributing to the institute's vibrant community. The PGDM journey is far from over, but I'm excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. I'm eager to apply my learnings to the real world and make a meaningful impact. Also, special regards to International School of Management Excellence , Dr. Rony George Kurien , Dr. Shampa Nandi , Indranil Dutta , Dr. Haritha S without their support I wouldn’t have been where I am today & constantly pushing me throughout the journey. #PGDM #managementstudent #studentlife

In a world where it seems like it’s all about the “big wins, When was the last time, you patted your shoulder for coming this far? Or the last time you actually celebrated your milestone without comparing with others? In today’s fast-paced world, we often get wrapped up in jumping right into the next task, but we forget to congratulate or reward ourselves. We are all running a marathon with our eyes fixed only on the finish line, failing to appreciate the scenery along the route, or ignoring the distance markers that show our progress. What if we took the time to recognize and celebrate the significant milestones we achieve along our path? Celebrating milestones is important and shouldn’t just be reserved for birthdays, weddings, and graduations. Milestones come in all shapes and sizes. They may include completing an important work project, doing well on a test, finishing a task, getting out of your comfort zone, or any number of accomplishments. Why is it important to celebrate milestones? Because celebrating small goals can help encourage us to achieve larger ones. Celebrating milestones also helps reinforce positive behaviors and attitudes, both of which are important when tackling a new task or challenge. Let’s take an example. I have been trying to write on LinkedIn and be consistent with at least one post a week. So after each post, I will appreciate completing my task rather than comparing that others are writing more often. Honoring our achievements not only feels good but also gives us something to look forward to. Celebrations of achievements don’t need to be lavish, expensive, or over the top. For example, have you finished your project? Enjoy a solo date in nature or do something that makes you happy and is good for you. Acknowledging milestones gives us the opportunity to reflect on where we have been, where we are now, and what we can learn from this part of the journey. In a world where it seems like it’s all about the “big wins,” it might be helpful to remember that there is no such thing as a small victory or a wasted loss. Each experience helps prepare us for what lies ahead, so celebrate! #milestone #progress #success #internship #delhiuniversity #happiness #acknowledge #inspire #celebrate #goals #smallgoals #graduation #victory
