Research from Gartner shows that the post-pandemic surge in large-scale change initiatives has led to a significant drop in employees' willingness to support these efforts — 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 75% 𝗶𝗻 2016 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 43% 𝗶𝗻 2022.
