💥🦀🥔🥑🥚🧀 Here's relatively easy meal you can whip up for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Crab and avocado hash ingredients: ✅ Canned or fresh crab ✅ 2-3 eggs ✅ 1/2 russet potato shredded into hash browns ✅ 2 slices of bacon ✅ 1/2 jalapeno seeded and diced ✅ 1 avocado diced Directions: 1. Cook the bacon and remove from pan. 2. Add hash brown and cook until desired consistency then remove and put into bowl 3. Add jalapeno and cook until it starts to soften. 4. Beat the eggs in a bowl with crab meat. You can add milk or a pinch of shredded cheese for fluffier eggs. 5. Add eggs to pan with jalapeno. Remove cooked eggs and add to the bowl 6. Add chopped bacon and avocado on top. 7. Garnish and serve as you like. This is a pretty versatile dish and well-balanced dish. You can definitely add your own spin to it. A few years back, I decided to stop buying tomato paste and try making it myself. Oh my! I couldn’t believe the difference! That’s when I realized I had been cheated by those tomato companies. Yes, the ones I bought in stores were cheaper, but the homemade version I prepared was richer, not slap-you-in-the-face sour, tastier, and way healthier! I didn't even need to use too many tomatoes to make my meals tasty and colorful. Honestly, making your own tomato paste is easier than you think. It’ll change your meals forever if you give it a shot. You can use it in so many dishes: sauces, soups, or even as a base for pizza! Plus, you can freeze the leftover paste in ice cube trays for easy use later (I did this in my video), and you can store them for months. There are lots of different forms of broccoli in the supermarket just now, from your standard heads of broccoli to tender stem and purple sprouting. They are all delicious and equally nutritious. My Dad was a farmer and grew fields of broccoli when it was a new and unknown vegetable called calabrese. As kids we were fed it very regularly in large quantities. It's not just the head of the broccoli that can be eaten, the stalk is delicious too, it has the taste & texture similar to asparagus. If you think the skin on the stalk is a bit tough, just peel the bottom 2cms off with a potato peeler. 3 ways with broccoli other than as a vegetable... 1. Grate the stalk into a salad 2. Cut tiny florets of broccoli, mix with spring onion, toasted seeds and a little French Dressing for a tasty alternative to coleslaw. 3. Add to stir fries, pasta sauce & quiche. Ingredients: • 3 grated zucchini • 1 packet short cut bacon, chopped • 2-3 fresh corn stalks, kernels removed • 1 chopped onion • 1 cup grated cheese (feel free to add a bit more if you like) • 5 eggs • Salt & pepper to taste • 1/4 cup oil • 1 cup self-raising flour Instructions: 1. CRANBERRY SAUCE & SENSUALITY! Watch the video for how sensuality is a superpower when it comes to healing our relationship with food. And, here's the recipe... This is my favorite cranberry sauce. I use it on EVERYTHING! I put it on top of a simple baked fish to give a zing, on my favorite granola with a little yogurt, or on a cheese platter as a peppy relish, or just by itself topped with pecans. I make it and eat it whenever I can get fresh cranberries. (And during cranberry season, I'll often freeze them so I can make my cranberry sauce off-season) Here's how I make it. 1 8oz bag of fresh cranberries 1 apple chopped 1 pear chopped 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (to taste) Simmer until soft. That's it!
