  • There was barely a Women’s Day when our first CEO, Lucille Hammer started leading Mocse 65 years ago. For 40 years she busted through glass ceilings, walked into “boys clubs,” and led courageously. Her legacy lives on at Mocse, with 85% of our leadership team comprised of women every bit as audacious as Lucille. The best part, we didn’t try for a number - we just hired the most talented people available. Most of them happened to be women. On this Women’s Day, Mocse is proud to honor our amazing women…keep crushing! 💪🏼

  • When your energy bill is lower this season, you’ll be so glad you tackled these tips! 1. Use energy-free decorations instead of Christmas lights. 2. Don’t keep lights on in rooms you’re not in. You know you do it! 3. Shop in one trip or do your shopping online to save on gas costs. 4. Turn down the thermostat and put on warmer clothes instead. 5. Avoid overusing your appliances! Fill the dishwasher to its max, cook multiple dishes at a time and wash clothes when you have a full load.

  • We know it’s a pain, but for cybersecurity reasons, it’s so important to regularly update all your passwords to keep scammers from stealing your information. If it helps, download a password app that securely stores your usernames and passwords for easy reference.

  • The holidays are nearly upon us. But don’t fret! You’ve still got time to shop. Employ these tips to stay focused and get the job done – hopefully with time to spare! 1. Make a list. Obvious, we know, but it’ll keep you on track. 2. Get all your gifts locally for a simplified experience. 3. Apply for a personal loan, which has rates that are often lower than a credit card.
