Let me just just reiterate the prediction made by Edith Cooper, co-founder of Medley and board director of PepsiCo and Amazon, in the Times Magazin https://lnkd.in/eKf8pxzC “I believe we’ll see a growing emphasis on human-centric leadership skills: communication, empathy, relationship-building, self-awareness, and inclusivity. In a world that’s becoming increasingly automated, with fewer moments of human interaction, organizations will need to be intentional about fostering connection. Prioritizing human connection won’t just support stronger teams—it will be critical for business growth and the kind of innovation required to thrive in this new era.” Leaders or people in leadership positions, and each one of us whose energy, passion, focus is to create, societies, communities, environments that are human-centric (caring, kind, compassionate, curious, relatable, transparent…) are already one step closer to thriving and flourishing in 2025! Keep up the good work.

The workforce of 2024 is shifting—are you? With nearly 70% of employees fearing that #AI might replace their job and 22% ready to quit if forced back into the office, the workplace is evolving faster than ever. But it’s not just about technology or location—it’s about LEADERSHIP. ✅ Employees are seeking more than a paycheck—81% agree that benefits beyond salary are crucial. ✅ Flexibility has become non-negotiable. 60% would stay in a job they dislike if they had flexible hours. This is a wake-up call for leaders: passive leadership simply won't cut it anymore. The workforce of the future is demanding intentional, human-centered leadership that adapts, listens, and acts. As leaders, we must ask ourselves: Are we truly understanding what motivates our people? Are we creating environments where they want to thrive? The shift is here—how we lead in response will define our success in this new world of work. #LeadershipDevelopment #FutureOfWork #WorkforceTrends #LeadershipShift #HeartLedLeadership

The modern-day workplace is a dynamic environment where multiple generations come together, meaning that managing a multi-generational workforce is a critical challenge for business leaders. This can be a complex matter, as while such a varied workforce can lead to a lot of misunderstandings and uncertainty among team members, it also offers great potential for innovation and growth. To bridge the generational divide and create a thriving multi-generational workplace, leaders must practise inclusivity and encourage cross-generational collaboration. This may require leaders to be aware of the preferred communication styles of different generations and adapting accordingly. They should also promote continuous learning and development, creating opportunities for team members to learn vital skills, especially when there's a chance for members to learn from one another. #MultiGenerationalLeadership #CompanyCulture #TeamBuilding #CrossGenerationalCollaboration

It’s amazing how even the most data driven companies are ready to dismiss the benefits of hybrid work including happier employees and reduced attrition. Emotionally intelligent leaders will make decisions based on the idea of “place with purpose” - get people together for the right reasons when it counts, and be flexible whenever possible. #remotework #hybridwork #flexibility #leadership #healthyculture
