Refund, sir? *Stops picking calls* I've very recently experienced something very similar with Beyond Stay. I made a group booking for accommodation and due to some unfortunate circumstances I've to cancel this booking. Me and my family have been trying to followup with their team for almost a month now and their response right from the property manager to top leadership has been nothing but ignorant and unprofessional. Hiding behind reasons like: 1. I'm not the right person for this, connecting you to management. 2. Have shared with management, waiting for response. 3. I don't work there anymore. 4. We're busy with some internal work, allow us some time to get back to you on this...*Stops picking call* I urge Dhaval Jani and senior management of Beyond Stay to look into this matter urgently and provide resolution instead of excuses. This is a true story. Barbara worked as a Customer Concierge for Royal Caribbean and her task was to call customers who had booked a cruise and try to upsell to upgrading their cabin and experience. For every hour she works the phones, she was allowed 60 seconds of "personal time" to use on going to the bathroom, or taking a drink of water, each action having its unique code for tracking. Barbara received two letters simultaneously. The first letter was from the VP of her company, praising her for her incredible sales aptitude, commitment to improving the customer experience, and achieving one of the highest sales records in the company. Keep up the good work. The second letter was from her manager, officially writing her up for spending too much time on the phone with each customer and failure to make the number of calls required. One more infraction would result in disciplinary action and a PIP. Barbara left Royal Caribbean and is now the VP of Sales for another company. Greyhound Lines, Inc. Greyhound, I want to understand where is your customer service that you promote by saying we put customers first over everything??? You leave customers stranded at Raleigh bus station without any announcement whatsoever! What kinda service is this? I board the bus from Richmond to Atlanta and get stranded at midnight in Raleigh bus station. The new driver has to take over for the next part of the trip at Raleigh but does not show up citing emergency issues! where is the announcement or the alternate arrangements for the same. Your customer representative present at the stop has no clue about anything but says we are no longer Greyhound now! She says that you are part of Flixbus and handover the customer care number around 230 am! Why the hell your customer representative present cannot do anything on her computer but wants the passengers to call the customer service ? How can you be so negligent about the entire situation! Also why almost all of your buses smell smoke and are unhygienic whereas only a handful of them are worthy enough to travel? #greyhoundlines #unhygienic #worstcustomerservice #negligent #travellers #unitedstates

Today I’m having my car serviced (again this year!)- but it got me thinking about the importance of #customerservice in any business. You can take away the complimentary coffee and croissant, but you can’t take away the human element of the experience. This morning, I drove to my service appointment excited - who actually looks forward to servicing their car? My reason is simple: all my previous experiences have been so good that I remain loyal & happy to recommend them because of how each team member of Aspley Mazda treat their customers. But it goes deeper than just customer interaction. I also see how well Luke Camilleri treats his team - and that’s another reason I return. Why? Because I wouldn’t want to support a business that doesn’t treat its people well. Without customer service, put simply = no business. Where I am now, CGA Accounting - we also take immense pride in our own approach to customer service. It’s a value we hold close because we know it makes all the difference, not just to our clients but to the team behind the scenes as well. Unfortunately, as our society becomes increasingly fast-paced, I notice that genuine service is slipping through the cracks for future generations, which is disappointing (I sound so old!). really disappointed with BA 300.00 worth of damage and losses after my cases were damaged on one of your flights and you seem to think a 50.00 e-voucher is acceptable compensation. I have called and emailed numerous times and my complaint has been ignored. This really isn't good enough. How you think a 50.00 e-voucher is acceptable when I had 300.00 woth of loss and damages is beyond me, I can't even replace the two damaged suitcases for 50.00. And unless BA sell suitcases what use is a 50.00 e-voucher
