, Mustafa Murat Berksoy reservation #11140026TR2 at ZRH. We rent a car on 12th and give it back at 15th. We didn’t look at the car while we are getting it because we trusted budget brand. When we turned the car back the representative realized a small damage in the buttom of the car and charged 2600 chf. It is very disproprate for the damage ı assume it was a made-up damage. Please examine the damage and the charge and make an honest evaluation. All around the Zürih has cameras and you may easily find out that we didn’t make any accident. This charge is so unfair!!! We know there is an agreement but we trusted Bugdet cant make such unfair evaluations. please turn me back asap and give my money back!!!! I will share the damage and the charge all over the social media and demonstrate how unfair it is!!!
