Job Description:

We are seeking a Retail and Supply Chain Consultant with 6+ years of experience in implementing complex omni-channel, order management, fulfillment, and inventory management products and solutions for some of the world's leading retailers and 3PL service providers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering scalable, distributed, cloud-native architectures using microservices and event-driven patterns to drive efficiency in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement highly scalable, resilient, and cloud-native order management and fulfillment solutions.
• Lead the development of enterprise-grade, distributed, event-driven platforms ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
• Develop and optimize order lifecycle management, inventory visibility, inventory turnover, and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive DevSecOps best practices, ensuring security, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
• Build and manage high-performing engineering teams, promoting Agile, TDD, and DevOps methodologies.
• Implement Sterling Order Management (OMS), IBM Sterling, Manhattan OMS, and other enterprise OMS platforms.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deliver SaaS-based supply chain and logistics solutions.
• Utilize RESTful APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) for product development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define roadmaps and solutions for global supply chain operations.
• Lead platform engineering and enterprise integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity between ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems.
