Energized and inspired after Zanskar’s annual Winter Retreat! A few days with our entire team gave us time to reflect, celebrate, and think boldly about the future. 2024 was an incredible year for Zanskar - it marked a pivotal moment in our quest to make geothermal the most affordable, reliable, and carbon-free energy solution. We emerged as the 9th largest geothermal power producer in the US as our AI exploration algorithms started to outperform humans in digital twin environments. We launched pioneering exploration campaigns at DOD and mining sites, including what is slated to be the largest direct use geothermal project in US history. Looking back at our progress in 2024: • ~$15M  →  ~$65M total equity financing • ~$8M → ~$48M total non-dilutive funding • 34  →  58 team members • 5  →  8 states with boots-on-the-ground exploration campaigns • 18 → 48 geothermal sites confirmed with temperature gradient drilling   • ~50k  →  ~150k feet of shallow temperature gradient drilling This remarkable growth is a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication of our incredible team. We've just wrapped up drilling and flow testing at our Lightning Dock geothermal facility in New Mexico. The results have exceeded industry expectations for the site and initial data indicates that the resource potential appears to be 10x greater than historic production levels. This breakthrough cements our tech-driven strategy to unleash geothermal’s full power and is a testament to the relentless work of our team. While we're still processing the full implications, one thing is clear: Lightning Dock's potential for clean, reliable power generation redefines what the industry thought was possible.
