Last week, we had the privilege of hosting our annual ERG Summit in Chicago, IL, where ERG members and leads from across the company came together with a shared mission: to grow and empower our local ERGs, both internally and externally. A special thank you to Luke Fedlam, whose motivating words inspired us all to take action and lead with purpose. And a big shout out to the Verbate team for providing us with actionable tools and engaging case studies to help us succeed in our ERG journeys.  It’s amazing to see how much our ERG community has grown since our last summit. We can’t wait to see how big and impactful our group will be next year!

By becoming a member of Verbate's ERG Leadership Community and going through their Foundational Training, I've come away with the skills and best practices needed to help Women a OM thrive at One Medical. I'm excited to be a part of this amazing community of ERG Leaders and continue to grow and learn alongside them! 🎉 Thank you Armen Nercesian & Anisha Nandi for the informative meetings!

Excited to share that I’ve earned my ERG Leadership Certification from Verbate! By becoming a member of Verbate's ERG Leadership Community and going through their Foundational Training, I've come away with the skills and best practices needed to help Latinx thrive at Match Group. It’s an honor to be part of this incredible community of ERG leaders, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing alongside them.
