Today is the United Nations' #WorldWaterDay! At Primient, water is critical to our manufacturing process, which is why we are so focused on using freshwater responsibly. A significant portion of the water that enters our wet mills is used more than once before it is returned to the environment. Here is a small glimpse of how water flows in our process. A huge thank you to AgriNovus Indiana for inviting us to participate in the QUADRANT panel discussion on innovation in agbioscience in Indianapolis, IN. Eric Lee, our Fermentation Director of Business Development, and Travis Montoya, our Plant Manager in Lafayette, IN, had the opportunity to represent Primient. Eric discussed our partnership with Sustainea and the future of Primient with Indiana Governor Mike Braun, agbioscience industry leaders, and policymakers. We explored the incredible opportunities ahead and addressed some of the economy's most pressing questions from how to succeed in the industry to workforce development.

Our deep connection to farmers and the groundbreaking innovations within the agriculture industry are the foundation of everything we do. At Primient, we are proud to recognize the hard work and dedication of farmers worldwide. Their tireless efforts often go unseen, but their impact is felt globally shaping not just our industry, but the world at large.

Last week, we had the privilege of hosting our annual ERG Summit in Chicago, IL, where ERG members and leads from across the company came together with a shared mission: to grow and empower our local ERGs, both internally and externally. A special thank you to Luke Fedlam, whose motivating words inspired us all to take action and lead with purpose. And a big shout out to the Verbate team for providing us with actionable tools and engaging case studies to help us succeed in our ERG journeys.  It’s amazing to see how much our ERG community has grown since our last summit. We can’t wait to see how big and impactful our group will be next year!
