What an incredible few days at the Traction Rec JCC User Conference! 🌟 Our hearts are full after connecting with so many passionate community builders who share our mission. 🙏 Endless gratitude to Lara Gilchrist, Jason Dobrolecki, MBA and the whole Traction Rec team for bringing together such a meaningful gathering and to Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh - Diane Newland, Ben Katz, Jen Goldston, and their team for hosting!! 🌈 So incredible to see Pittsburgh JCC powering the entire conference experience through their Upace-built app (check out pics above to see it in action)! Every attendee used it for building access via barcode check-ins and navigating the full event schedule. Technology in action that truly puts community first! 💯 ✨ It was wonderful to take the stage with Gabriel Brand from Valley of the Sun JCC to share their inspiring journey. Together, we presented the story of how we partnered to transform their member experience through technology that truly serves people. Here are a few highlights from our case study: 🔄 Their Pilates studio transformation: - Expanded from Level 1 to Levels 1, 2, and 3 classes - Reservations soared: 2,280 (2023) → 4,900+ (2024) → 2,000+ (just 3 months of 2025!) - 7 reformers, 3 daily classes, consistently at capacity 🧘♀️ Private training program improvements: - Smart scheduling between studios and classrooms - Instructors work around each other despite limited space - Transparent pass tracking and appointment management 📱We also showcased how our REACH Media Network integration is enhancing their digital signage and in-facility member experience 💬 We had such meaningful conversations with our amazing clients and partners!
