Recently our Unifi leaders had the incredible opportunity to participate in the inaugural session of the Argenbright University Leadership Academy — a milestone experience that brought together top talent from across the Argenbright Group, including our peers at ASEL, Argenbright Innovation Labs, AMH Services, and Velociti Services. This first workshop was more than just a training — it was a chance to learn, connect, and grow with leaders shaping the future of our industry. We were especially honored to hear from our Executive Chairman, Frank A. Argenbright Jr., whose vision continues to fuel our purpose, and from our Group CEO, Karan Ishwar, who shared powerful insights on leadership and growth. A huge thank you as well to Dr. Steve Franklin for helping build this impactful program, and to Horst Schulze, co-founder of The Ritz-Carlton, for sharing his invaluable perspective on leadership, service, and excellence. At O’Hare International Airport (ORD) in Chicago, we believe creativity has a place in every corner of the airport—even in the most unexpected spots. Our incredible janitorial team, over 300 strong, recently took part in a unique challenge: designing our barrel trash bins! This contest gave our team the chance to express themselves and bring new energy to a part of the job that often goes unnoticed. The results? Eye-catching, personality-filled bins that reflect the spirit of the people who keep our airport clean and running smoothly every day.
