ULI New York reposted this
Great to attend ULI New York’s Infrastructure Council Meeting with Chief Accessibility Officer at the MTA - Quemuel Arroyo. An interesting conversation on how the MTA is investing $30 billion to make over 50% of stations accessible by 2029 and what that means for communities and productivity across New York. Who knew construction of a single elevator costs $25 million? Thanks for hosting Ignacio Montojo, Emily Gallo, AICP, ENV SP & Sam Mullins
