Our Pathways to Inclusion Initiative is designed to broaden the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) membership and expand the professional networks of historically underrepresented community groups working in the commercial real estate and land use industry in New York. The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative will provide up to 20 people from equity-seeking communities a one-year ULI associate-level membership. At our Local Infrastructure Product Council's quarterly meeting this morning, we had the pleasure of hearing from MTA's Chief Accessibility Officer, Quemuel Arroyo, about the agency's plans regarding upgrading accessibility access, wayfinding, paratransit, and more. The presentation was followed by a robust group discussion about the agency's strategic priorities and how MTA can continue to work to sustain our communities and region.
