At least 10 lawyers from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, including four longtime real estate finance partners, are leaving for Sidley Austin LLP, said sources familiar with the moves. The partners include Bonnie Neuman Neuman, who is co-chair of Cadwalader’s finance group, head of the firm’s real estate finance practice and a member of the firm’s management committee, as well as Melissa Hinkle, Nick Brandfon, and Molly Lovedale. Cadwalader, in reacting to the departures, is offering some attorneys an immediate promotion to partner and retention bonuses, sources said. https://lnkd.in/e9a4s9Sx
