At least 10 lawyers from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, including four longtime real estate finance partners, are leaving for Sidley Austin LLP, said sources familiar with the moves. The partners include Bonnie Neuman Neuman, who is co-chair of Cadwalader’s finance group, head of the firm’s real estate finance practice and a member of the firm’s management committee, as well as Melissa Hinkle, Nick Brandfon, and Molly Lovedale.
