The Idaho Industrial Commission is seeking applicants for the position of Manager of the Industrial Special Indemnity Fund. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all claims filed against the ISIF (Idaho Code, 72-334); overseeing all aspects of the evaluation, investigation, and adjudication of claims; negotiating and/or approving compensation agreements for claimants; monitoring the ongoing financial status of the ISIF while ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as adherence to accepted financial management standards; and developing, implementing, and administering a management reporting system that effectively communicates the status of the ISIF.
