Aimee Libby’s journey with Special Olympics Minnesota began when she wanted to find inclusive programming for her daughter, Peyton. But in the last decade with Special Olympics Minnesota, Aimee has become a leader of inclusion in her community, acting as Head of Delegation, coaching various sports, taking the Polar Plunge and leading other fundraising opportunities, and trailblazing the Unified movement for her delegation. Aimee has seen the impact of Special Olympics on her children, but it has changed her life as well. “Special Olympics has allowed me to use my gifts and talents to reach so many other people. It makes me sad to think about what our life may have been like and how unfulfilling it would have been without this community.” Read Aimee’s story at https://lnkd.in/gxDe7seN
