SoLa Impact

We are excited to announce a $12 million investment from the AIC CEI-Boulos Opportunity Fund, a joint venture between Allivate Impact Capital®, a subsidiary of Woodforest Financial Group, Inc., and CEI-Boulos Capital Management in our 43rd & Vermont OZ project. SoLa Impact and CEI-Boulos were both recognized as the nation's “Top OZ Funds” by the Sorenson Impact Center and Forbes. The project will utilize 188 Model/Z modular units, manufactured in Los Angeles, to accelerate the delivery time and reduce the cost of this project.  CEI-Boulos employs a stringent methodology to ensure its projects achieve both substantive social impact and strong financial returns. We are honored that the 188-unit development on 43rd & Vermont met their high standards.
