    #WomensHistoryMonth is a wrap! But not without one more spotlight on a woman in Disability leadership. Today we are celebrating Jenny Lay-Flurrie, who identifies as deaf and disabled, and leads many initiatives to empower people with disabilities both inside and outside of Microsoft. She created the Disability Answer Desk for customer support, launched the Microsoft Ability Hackathon, and hosts the annual Microsoft Ability Summit. Jenny was recognized as a ‘Disability Employment Champion of Change’ by the White House and as one of Fast Companies Most Creative People in Business.
