Our new springtime renovation project is with our friends at Bodum in Windsor! We’re currently in the midst of a 3,000 square foot renovation to their existing breakroom and four bathrooms. 🌻 🛠️

PDS completed another major milestone at East Longmeadow Self Storage by pouring the 3rd floor slab on deck for this upcoming 61,000 square foot Self Storage Facility! 👊 🛠️

Last month PDS broke ground on the new 20,000 square foot building for Northeast Winemaking in Southington! The new facility will produce wine, distribute wine, hold winemaking classes, and include a tasting area and events! 🍷 👊 🛠️ #northeastwinemakinginc

After a long, cold winter, we finally got a break in the weather and took full advantage of it! With warmer temperatures on our side, our team was able to pour the slab on deck for this self-storage project in East Longmeadow MA. Careful planning and patience paid off, and seeing the progress come to life is always rewarding.
