Nicole DeMaio is a Trailblazer in Equity & Mentorship. We are incredibly proud to share that Nicole was recently recognized as one of Angel of Edgewood’s 2025 Women’s History Month Trailblazers of Equity Award recipients! Nicole is deeply committed to community engagement and youth mentorship, leading Downes’ Awareness presentations and mentorship programs that introduce students to careers in construction. She has been instrumental in creating hands-on field experiences, helping young people explore industry opportunities and career paths. Beyond her contributions to Downes, Nicole has served on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women and is an active member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, furthering her advocacy for equity and opportunity. As a leader, mentor, and mother, Nicole’s dedication to shaping the next generation is nothing short of inspiring.
