Here’s to 20 years of dedication and hard work – congratulations, Rick! We’re so lucky to have you on our Duquesne University dining team! Get to know Rick: ⭐ Rick’s position has evolved over the years – starting as a Culinary Lead and working his way up to Executive Chef. ⭐ He enjoys being able to teach his team and see how the team members grow. ⭐ The most rewarding part of his career is getting to work with some of the best people in the industry and being able to support his family. ⭐ His advice to someone starting out in the industry is to not be afraid of hard work, push forward, and strive to be the best in every aspect of your career and life. ⭐ The biggest lesson he’s learned in his 20 years with Parkhurst is that with hard work and determination, you can accomplish anything.
