The Performance Pavilion at Luther George Park is complete! CIG, a specialized steel fabricator from the Netherlands, provided detailed calculations for Nous' peer review and approval of the project. Nous provided code consulting and helped develop appropriate loading criteria and justify code compliant checks for the custom non-linear analysis of the surface. Structural engineering services also included coordination with the architect and local contractor. #nousengineering #structuralengineering #arkansas

Hot off the press! New photos of the recently completed project situated across the street from Santa Monica's Memorial Park consists of a new two-story mixed-use program that includes retail and commercial space with one level of subterranean parking with stackers. Total building size is 37,500SF including the deep basement. The design features an articulated heavy timber roof construction and large store-front facade panels to add warmth to the interior space and bring in daylight. #nousengineering #structuralengineering #santamonica #mixedusedevelopment

Also, we can't speak highly enough about CIG, who detailed and fabricated the piece. You couldn't find a humbler more talented group of folks to work with, and you knocked it out of the park. The work is stunning.
