We are excited to announce that we are getting close to finalizing the design with Cathexes on the Domestic Violence Resource Centers new campus and expect to break ground later this year. This 40,000 square foot campus will house a new resource center and emergency shelter at their current location on Vassar St. in Reno. This campus will quadruple the current shelter capacity from 25 beds to 100, and serve 6,500 survivors per year. Although significant funds have been raised thanks to many generous people in our community, our work is not done. This past week the Domestic Violence Resource Center launched their "Inside These Doors - Building a Home for New Beginnings" campaign. The need for this new campus in our community is significant so please check it out and give whatever you can.

We are excited to announce the start of Comstock Commerce Center East Building 6 at the Tahoe Regional Industrial Center. Scheduled for a Q4 delivery, this 475,880 square foot project will feature 28 dock high doors, 36 knock out panels, 8 grade level doors, an ESFR fire suppression system, 56'x50' column spacing, two 4,000 amp electrical services, 36' clear height, LED lighting, 60 mil single ply roofing with rigid insulation, 7" reinforced concrete slab, 228 parking stalls, and 41 trailer stalls.
