NNDA is excited to work with Tract and support their groundbreaking ceremony! Great things are coming to Northern Nevada!
Tract has assembled one of the largest data center campus portfolios in Nevada with more than 11,000 acres and 4755 MWs across 4 separate projects around Reno for data center development. This week we were fortunate to celebrate the completion of Phase I construction at our Peru Shelf / Peru Ridge site in Reno, Nevada. The Gosling switching station pad is complete and marks a major milestone toward delivering 1000+ MW to the 1,200+ acre site. We appreciate and are thankful for the support and the relationships we have built with the Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED), the Nevada Strategic Growth Initiative (NSGI), Northern Nevada Development Authority (NNDA), NV Energy, Storey County, NV, Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, the State of Nevada, Ames Construction and the numerous other partners, suppliers and vendors that it takes to build a project of this scale. We are especially grateful to Thomas Burns, Jeff Sutich, Shirley Folkins-Roberts, Jay Carmona, Heather Wessling Grosz and Seth Alexander for helping us to celebrate this major milestone and we look forward to seeing you at our next one!
