    Still reflecting on my conversation with Shensi Ding... Honestly, one of her hottest takes was how Merge created their own top talent... 🥁 drum roll 🥁 ... Hiring new grads It doesn't seem that crazy but when you think about the fact that most startups were hybrid or remote from 2020 - 2024, a lot of companies either didn't hire new grads at all or failed at successfully ramping new grads because they lacked the infrastructure to do it well.
