Talk to me a little about, you know, what's your pitch to candidates Like, why is merge a great place to work? Everyone at marriage and I hate to make it sound like I am like this like mom, but everyone have merch is so special. The Gill and I personally interview all of our team members and it's really important that every single candidate that makes it through the process beats one of the founders because we know we have a very strong vision for our culture. We want merge to feel like everyone is super smart. Everyone is very friendly and everyone is really energetic and enthusiastic because I think when you like are in a meeting and the person next to you is just like they don't give a fog. They don't care, they're not respond to your. Messages are like barely coming to work. They just like they clearly do not care, but impacts your experience and makes it so you don't wanna care as well. But everyone around you really cares. And even if you're having a day where you're just like a little bit off, it energizes you and he brings it. It brings you back to really wanting to make sure the entire team is successful. And then also just like being around everyone else, you care about them. And so you want to make sure the entire team is successful. And so you try, you try your best as well. Think it comes from hiring people. You can't change someone. And so you have to hire people who want to be a part of a team. Didn't want to be part of something greater. If you're hiring someone who's going to just focus on like what a company gave them and what happened to them and like what is going on for them, what your you can provide for them. If you can tell in the interview process, they're probably not going to be the best fit for an early stage company.
