Located next to Tenney Park, the property will integrate two five-story podium-style buildings and three two-story townhome buildings. Many units will offer lake, park, or river views and will boast high-end finishes and features including quartz countertops and private balconies. Auburn University's chapter of Design Build Institute of America hosted their annual Building Science Clay Shoot, benefitting the DBIA endowed scholarship in the McWhorter School of Building Science. Construction is moving steadily at District Eastside, a five-building, 262-unit multi-family community in Greenville, South Carolina. Units will be offered in one- to three-bedroom floor plans with high-end finishes such as quartz countertops and vinyl wood plank flooring. The community will also offer ten live/work units and more than 8,000 square feet of amenity space, including a clubhouse, business lounge, club room, fitness center, and a courtyard with a pool and amenity deck. Building 3000 is seeing significant interior progress, with gypcrete, drywall, and painting ongoing, and cabinets, countertops, and trim installation underway. Building 4000 has all floor trusses and walls framed, with roof work progressing and MEP rough-ins in full swing. At Building 5000, brick veneer is complete, siding has started, and interior work is underway. Buildings 1000 and 2000 have roof decking, parapet walls, and TPO roofing in place, with building wrap and windows currently being set.
