This year, for Ramadan, Arla Foods’ Puck — a dairy kitchen staple in the Middle East — continued its mission to support moms with “Recipe for Change,” a new, purposeful economic model created in partnership with FP7McCann. In response to the crisis in Lebanon that displaced 1.3 million people, the campaign invited Lebanese women facing hardship to teach professional chefs abroad their cherished family recipes. Each dish told a powerful story of resilience and was served in top Lebanese restaurants worldwide during Ramadan. Proceeds from each meal ordered helped support Lebanese families, allowing those abroad to give back to those they left behind. ADLaM, a powerful project to preserve the culture of the Fulani people of West Africa, topped the most effective campaigns list.
